Today I shared photos of Kai with our family and friends. Now that we have our LSC our agency informed us that we are free to share the details... So here we go!
His Chinese name is Ka Jie (he is called Yakupu by his foster family). He will turn 6 in Sept. He is currently living in foster care in Xinjiang China. From his paper work it states he attends kindergarten, is shy, likes to kick a ball and loves sweets!
I mailed our I-800 application last Friday and hope to have approval within the next 3 weeks. Once we have this approval we will have a better time line of when we will travel. It looks like in may be some time in November. In the Xinjiang area of China the average daily temperature in November is -10 degrees. UGH!!!! I am planning on purchasing a down coat for the trip.
